Translation Service
Unique Voice translates documents into all major world languages. We ensure accuracy and confidentiality, working with a team of highly qualified, professional translators. Documents are handled with dedication and confidentiality. Certification of translations is provided upon request.

We have a large number of skilled translators who are all professionally qualified and fully experienced in the languages and subject matters they cover. Only mother tongue translators are used to ensure accuracy and correct translation into the language required.
We cover most languages across the world including Eastern European, Arabic and Asian. We are members of the Irish Translators’ and Interpreters’ Association and as such ensure that all translations are done by qualified translators who are native speakers working into their mother tongue.
Unique Voice provides professional translation services for government and private sector clients in various fields. These include: Banking and Finance, Correspondence - Business and Personal, Marketing Brochures, Computer Hardware and Software, Web Pages, Literature, History, User Manuals, Technical, Medical and more.
We are in a position to hand-pick a translator to cover a specific assignment who is not only skilled in the language required but in the related subject matter.
Our translation rates are based on word count into the target language and completion deadline. We believe our prices are very competitive and there are special rates available for translations which exceed 5,000 words. We can supply translations on disk in a variety of software packages, by e-mail, fax or by post. In general we aim to turn work around within 3–5 days. We also have an express service to meet urgent deadlines. Our pricing policy is very competitive, reflecting the high quality and accuracy of our work. Interpreting Service
Unique Voice provides skilled and qualified interpreters for business conferences, international meetings and social functions (Conference Interpreting). We also provide interpreters for local community services (Community Interpreting). Our interpreters are skilled and experienced in the languages and subject matters they cover. The following is a brief outline of the types of interpreting services we can provide.

Conference Interpreting
Consecutive interpreting is where the interpreter takes notes of an original speech at a meeting and reproduces the entire statement in the target language.Simultaneous interpreting is the most common type of interpreting used at conferences. Interpreters, working in pairs, are seated in a soundproof booth ideally overlooking the conference. They hear the speaker through headphones and interpret it into the required language for the participants, who receive it through their headsets.Whispering is quite similar to simultaneous, but is done without a soundproof booth. Realistically an interpreter can only 'whisper' if he or she is placed between two or three listeners at any one time.Bilateral interpreting is used when accompanying clients on specific visits, e.g.visits of companies, factories, etc.… The interpreter works both into and out of his/her mother tongue.

Community interpreting
Community interpreting is usually required by service providers e.g. hospitals, police stations and for different clients: refugees, asylum seekers, etc.
We cover most languages across the World including Eastern European, Arabic and Asian. Some of our interpreters live locally in the Munster region. However, many live in different parts of the country, so notice in advance is necessary to ensure the right type of interpreter for your job. Please contact us with your language requirement by completing the interpreting form. Our interpreters are qualified to work in many different subject areas. Interpreters are selected based on the criteria specified in the job specifications. Each interpreter is picked for his or her functional and language skills, resulting in an excellent fit between the interpreter(s) and the job.

Language Teaching Service
Unique Voice offers a range of English language courses throughout the year. Inhouse classes are run three times/year (Spring, Summer and Autumn). However specific classes can be held if requested. We specialize in Business English and English Exam preparation classes (Cambridge). We also run language courses in French, German and Spanish. Our courses are designed for adults, and are designed to meet your company and individual needs. We specialise in running incompany short courses that suit your company needs.
Our General Language Courses are designed to help you communicate in spoken and written English, focussing on the areas of listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. We currently have 2 levels of General Language Courses available. Lower Intermediate and Upper Intermediate. Course Length: 30 hours (3 hours per week – 1.5 hours per lesson) Before each course all students will be given a level test and interview.
At Unique Voice we prepare students for the following internationally recognised examinations which are held in December and June.
· Cambridge First Certificate (FCE)
· Cambridge Advanced Certificate (CAE)
· Cambridge Proficiency in English (CPE)

Our Languages for Business Courses help participants to understand and practice the fundamentals of effective business communication in English. This course is designed for students already working or training in the areas of General Management, Administration, Marketing, Sales and Customer Relations, and who wish to further develop their Business English skills. We currently have 2 levels of Languages for Business courses available. Lower Intermediate and Upper Intermediate. Course Length: 30 hours (3 hours per week – 1.5 hours per lesson) Before each course all students will be given a level test and interview.Each level is made up of a series of modules on different subjects, for example: Telephoning, Making Presentations, Travelling, Negotiating and Selling, Staffing and Training, etc.

Voice Over
Services Unique Voice provides voice talent in different languages, for different types of projects, including telephone IVR prompts, radio and TV commercials, computer-based and online training, CD-ROM presentations, documentaries and training videos. Firstly, why not email us your text, with details of your project and the type of voice you are looking for. You will get a quick, personal response with a price quote.
